Orders & Payments

1. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

2. Do you offer shipping tracking? Yes, all orders include tracking. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
3. What should I do if my package is lost or damaged? If your package doesn't arrive within the estimated time or if you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns & Refunds
1. What is your return policy? We accept returns of unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
2. When will I receive my refund? Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

1. Can personalized products be returned? Personalized products are unique and made especially for you, so they are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
